I love fresh salsa and I like to use an assortment of peppers to add flavor and extra vitamins.

Fresh Salsa recipe

So I start with three or four medium jalapeños and trim out most of the seeds, chop and add to food processor.

Add chopped red, yellow or orange bell pepper, about 1/4 cup, a cup of fresh cilantro, and a few jarred pepper rings.

Pulse together until chopped fine.

Add two medium fresh tomatoes, chopped, and a can of Original Rotel, drained.

Add about a half tablespoon of salt, a teaspoon of granulated garlic, and the juice of a half lime or lemon.

Blend in food processor to the consistency you like.

Taste and adjust salt. It is yummy and healthy!!
